Cant generalise any crime like that. Every individual should be judged on a case by case basis somewhat..For example: A man kills another man for "looking at him funny"..-Jail for life. Or: A man kills another man who is trying to attack his five year old daughter. Cant judge them all.

Cant say I dont. There'd be some smartass right away telling that everyone does + it'd probably be true.
